HoffmanKelly A. Hoffman

Kelly Hoffman is an associate at Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP where her work focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. 

Her recent experience includes representing biotech executives in an FDA investigation, representing a national sports-sanctioning body in litigation against an athlete suspended for substance abuse policy violations, defending an investment management company accused of violating commodity futures trading regulations, and defending an international airline against claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition brought by a primary rival.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hoffman worked as an associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in Armonk, NY.

Ms. Hoffman holds an A.B. in Sociology from Harvard University and a PhD in Sociology from Princeton University.  She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she volunteered with the Predatory Lending and Consumer Protection Clinic and HLS TaxHelp, providing free legal services to poor and elderly residents of Boston and Cambridge.

Outside the office, Ms. Hoffman loves long distance running, trying new restaurants, and going to Fresh Pond with her dog Rusty.
