Jocelyn L. Heyman
Jocelyn L. Heyman, an Associate at Donnelly, Conroy, and Gelhaar LLP, joined the firm in 2007.
Jocelyn holds a B.S. in Psychology from Cornell University. She holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor on the Law Review and taught Legal Writing to first year law students. During law school, Jocelyn interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Organized Crimes Division.
Most recently, Jocelyn served as a law clerk for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV, US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to her clerkship, Jocelyn worked as an associate at the law firm of Foley Hoag LLP.
Jocelyn's practice areas include general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. She also has significant pro bono experience including successful representation of asylum seekers in Immigration Court and domestic violence victims obtaining and enforcing restraining orders.
Jocelyn is a member of the Women's and Boston Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
